We love that you love our designs and are working hard to make sure you get it as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, during high season and Sale deliveries and returns can take a little longer. Thank you for being patient.
You can choose to pay using one of the following payment methods: Credit/Debit card or Paypal.
VAT is included in all our prices.
All prices and product information on the Kotopinat online shop are subject to change.
Where does Kotopinat deliver?
At the moment we deliver only in Europe & Israel using DHL parcel service.
What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?

Standard Home Delivery to The Netherlands for a parcel up to 20kg costs €5 and free for orders over €70.
Standard Home Delivery to other European countries costs €9 for a parcel up to 2kg, €18 for a parcel up to 5kg, €22 for a parcel up to 10kg and €30 for a parcel up to 20kg. Please notice that we do not deliver a parcel above 20kg in Europe.
Standard Home Delivery to Israel costs €13 for a parcel up to 2kg and €32 for a parcel up to 5kg. Please notice that we do not deliver to Israel a parcel above 5kg.
*If you really love our products and your shipping address is not in Europe or Israel, please write to our costumer service (email@example.com) and we will do our utmost to fulfill your wish.
What delivery options do I have?
At the moment we have only Standard Home Delivery up to 20kg fulfilled by DHL.
Standard Home Delivery to The Netherlands: We will deliver your goods within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Home Delivery to Europe: We will deliver your goods within 5-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Home Delivery to Israel: We will deliver your goods within 14-28 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. If for some reason you lost the link or you can't wait, Click here. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
If we are unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Kotopinat.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return the goods.
To return an item, please contact our customer service on: Kotopinat@gmail.com. Please don't forget to specify the reason for returning the goods.
We’ll give you a full refund on your purchase, excluding the shipping costs, by the same method you used to pay. We ask that items are returned clean, unused and have all their tags on.

How to return:
• Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach your paid label from DHL parcel service website or the other post option in your country. Please make sure you'll get a tracking code so you can follow the parcel.
• To ensure that the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you to check the tracking info on your email from DHL.
• Please remember that the responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
• You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
Return at DHL service point:
Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can buy it here and take the parcel to a convenient DHL parcel shop of your choice. Click here to search for the closest one.
